Your collected personal data will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law for the purposes of; carrying out the necessary work by our relevant business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems, customizing the products and services offered by Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs and recommending them to you, ensuring the legal and commercial security of Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems and the people who are in a business relationship with Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems, determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems, and ensuring the execution of Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems' human resources policies.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK Law for the purposes of; carrying out the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems, customizing the products and services offered by Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems according to your tastes, usage habits, and needs and recommending them to you, ensuring the legal and commercial security of Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems and the people who are in a business relationship with Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems, determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems, and ensuring the execution of Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems' human resources policies.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is acquired in all kinds of oral, written, or electronic media in order to offer the products and services provided by Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems within the determined legal framework in line with the above-mentioned purposes, and in this context, for Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems to fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK Law.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK Law

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems through the methods set out below, Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems. In this context, personal data owners have the right to;

• Learn whether personal data is processed,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against the person themself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand the compensation of the damage in case of incurring damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Law No. 6698, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to Dijiworks E-Commerce Systems in accordance with Law No. 6698.
